We run mountain biking weekends (and some road training camps) from our base in Mid Wales. Our small centre is housed in a 16th Century pub. We no longer carry on the pub trade, but have a licensed restaurant serving mainly organic food, locally produced. The old Cwmdauddwr Arms also houses our well stocked bike shop. As well as selling bikes, we operate a very efficient repair service and have a good quality rental fleet. With spectacular,natural mountain bike terrain, this makes an ideal base.
